Reiki is pure heart energy.
Reiki encourages you all the time to have your heart even a little bit more open.
Your open heart automatically serves you.
It also serves the ones close to you.
It even benefits nature, and the animals, and the minerals.
This is a special cosmic law.
Most problems, big and small, resolve themselves when you are connected to your open and beautiful bright heart.
Of course, there are times when your heart gets discouraged.
Or is even broken.
How would it not?
Certainly in the course of a lifetime and sometimes even daily.
Do not despair.
When you can, double then the time for your self-care.
Your self-treatment or another form of nourishing yourself in a healthy way.
Seek support from your community.
If you do not have one, start at least the beginning of a network.
Everyone deserves some brothers or sisters who can see you and who accept you for who you are.
With whom you can be your authentic self.

Iedereen verdient een paar broers of zussen die in staat zijn jou te zien en jou te aanvaarden voor wie jij bent.
Bij wie je je authentieke zelf kan zijn.

The mystery of Reiki cannot be put into words.
The mystery of Reiki is always deepening.
It is always unfathomable.
Could Reiki even be the substance of the entire universe?
Trust that at some point your Reiki practice and your everyday life become one and the same.
Trust your own experience.
Trust the words of Mrs. Takata: Reiki will teach you.
Mostly, find out who you really are.
As is mentioned in the Gospel of Thomas:
When you know everything except yourself, you lack everything.
As you know, democracy everywhere is in jeopardy.
Where you can, use Reiki as a healthy agent for change.

The boundless compassion of Reiki.
It connects you to the essence of all beings.
And to nature and to the animals and to so many situations.
Somehow Reiki has found its way to you.
Often in a very magical way.
Reiki itself does not seem to be aware of hierarchy.
It reflects the unity of all beings.
The master remains a student.
The students are put on their path to gain more mastery over their own life.
In Japanese culture there is a concept called “shoshin”.
Shoshin means beginner’s mind or beginner’s heart.
It means you have an open heart and you have an adventurous heart.
Open to many, many possibilities.
Step by step you find your own unique way.
And there is no end to this journey.
The elders are very happy to share generously with younger practitioners.
New practitioners revitalize the tradition and discover new horizons.
During your silence a mystical transmission is taking place.

De ouderen zijn zeer blij om gulhartig te geven aan jongere beoefenaars.

After your long travels to get here, it is good to feel again the solid ground underneath your feet.
Can you experience a sense of landing here?
Being here – in your body, in this room, in this moment.
Yes, a silence is gathering now.
A sacred silence.
All by itself.
Without any effort.
Rest in the earth.
Let yourself sink into the earth.
Surrender to the earth.
Become the earth.

Imagine you are sitting on Mount Kurayama.
Quietly meditating.
The mountain air is fresh and it is giving you mental clarity.
Something in you knows that today is a very special day.
And now you invite Dr. Mikao Usui to sit very close to you.
To support you.
And you are becoming more and more available.
For the mystery.
Your mind is empty and your heart is full of expectancy.
You are willing to take a jump into the unknown.
Something in you knows that you are completely ready for this.
Dr. Usui is telling you to just trust.
This is not about doing anything. It is about being. Being present.
Allowing big space inside you and all around you.
With your feet strongly planted in the earth and connecting at the same time with the cosmos.
Beings of light are now present in your circle.
To give you inner vision.
This vision will help you to penetrate into the realm of the invisible, the realm of the unconscious.

Your inner child may invite you to go for a walk with her.
Sometimes you will naturally drop into deep silence.
Let it happen.
Follow your interest where it is leading you.
And most of all – be free.
Free to be what you really are.
Wherever you are.
Surrendering to the preciousness of each moment.
Right now to the love and the peace in this circle.
No matter what has happened to you, this love and this peace are also still there.
The path you want to follow is also there.
And you will discover that everything that has happened, is leading you there.
Once you see this for yourself, most suffering is taken away from you.
Trust that Reiki can take you there.

Feelings, thoughts, empty space.

Allow this connection to guide you in the months to come.
Especially when you have to take important decisions.
Look at them from your soul’s perspective.
And please take time for yourself.
You earn this.
The goal of all your work is inner peace.
In your own way, each one of you has contributed something beautiful to this circle.
Acknowledge this for yourself.
You have done your very best to share your essence with each other.
You are not going home with empty hands.
Sometimes just for the fun of it, use your ability to shapeshift.
For example, become a majestic mountain the Himalayas.

And ask your soul to be the guiding force for you today.
What is your destiny, this lifetime?
How can you know?
How can you trust?
These are your important questions.
Asking these questions, again and again, is your journey.
In some native cultures the death ritual is a huge aspect of the initiation of the shaman.
Sometimes as a test.
In your work it is mostly about surrendering. Surrendering to what happens.
Already your work has been so intimate and beautiful and actually miraculous.
It is truly a gift of grace.
Use this field of energy today.
At the time of transition the sense of hearing often remains very receptive.
You have no fear as you hear the shaman singing and guiding you.
A shaman is at ease with death and therefore can function as a psychopomp, a guide for the soul.
Many are here to help you today, both visible and invisible.
When you are one with the earth and one with the cosmos, fear is no longer here.

In full consciousness every moment is connecting you with eternity.
The eternity of what you really are.
A ritual helps you to release a beloved form.
You are giving this form its freedom.
A true ritual cannot be a recipe.
Of course it is wise to prepare for a ritual.
But a true ritual arises in the here and now.
Because this is where the real you always lives.
A true collective ritual bonds every participant – forever.
Spirit is in charge.
Spirit has access to the wisdom of your heart.
Take some time to invite the essence of some of your beloved ones you have lost.
They always live in your heart, even though you may not be aware of this.
One day your beloved bodily form will go back to the earth, to its Mother.
Right now your essence is touching the lives of many.
When the time is ready, the shaman is ready – to go.
Always ready for a new adventure.
You are very fortunate. You have already found a path.
From the darkness into the light.
The amazing white light.
