Inspired Guidance Meditation through Frank Coppieters for the Reiki Alliance Conference, Day 3, May 10, 2025

Reiki is pure heart energy.

Reiki encourages you all the time to have your heart even a little bit more open.

Your open heart automatically serves you.

 It also serves the ones close to you.

It even benefits nature, and the animals, and the minerals.

This is a special cosmic law.

Most problems, big and small, resolve themselves when you are connected to your open and beautiful bright heart.

Of course, there are times when your heart gets discouraged.

Or is even broken.

How would it not?

Certainly in the course of a lifetime and sometimes even daily.

Do not despair.

When you can, double then the time for your self-care.

Your self-treatment or another form of nourishing yourself in a healthy way.

Seek support from your community.

If you do not have one, start at least the beginning of a network.

Everyone deserves some brothers or sisters who can see you and who accept you for who you are.

 With whom you can be your authentic self.

In this conference there are many, right?

Maybe you have already found one such new friend here.

Being in silence together in Reiki is a supreme form of close community.

It is like sacred communion.

Breathe in love.

Breathe out love.

Reik is zuivere energie vanuit het hart.

Reiki moedigt jou de hele tijd aan om je hart zelfs nog iets meer te openen.

Jouw open hart staat jou automatisch ten dienste.

Het staat ook ten dientste van wie er in je buurt is.

Zelfs de natuur, en de dieren, en de mineralen zijn erbij gebaat.

Dit is een bijzondere kosmische wet.

De meeste problemen, groot en klein, lossen zichzelf op, als je verbonden bent met je open en mooi schitterend hart.

Natuurlijk zijn er ogenblikken dat je hart zich laat ontmoedigen.

Of zelfs gebroken wordt.

Hoe zou dat niet zo zijn?

Toch in de loop van een leven en soms zelfs dagelijks.

Wees niet wanhopig.

Wanneer je kan, verdubbel dan je tijd voor zelfzorg.

Jouw zelfbehandeling of  een andere vorm om jezelf op een gezonde manier te koesteren.

Zoek steun bij jouw gemeenschap.

Als je er nog geen hebt, laat alvast het begin van een netwerk toe.

Iedereen verdient een paar broers of zussen die in staat zijn jou te zien en jou te aanvaarden voor wie jij bent.

 Bij wie je je authentieke zelf kan zijn.

Op  deze conferentie zijn die talrijk, toch?

Misschien heb je hier al zo een nieuwe vriend gevonden.

In stilte samen  zijn in Reiki, is een verheven vorm van hechte gemeenschap.

Het is als sacrale communie.

Adem liefde in.

Adem liefde uit.
