Take a few moments to establish yourself in your true nature.
Nothing special.
Just a shift into being very, very present.
The beauty to just be.
You know that you are courageous men and also vulnerable men.
How beautiful!
Even more importantly for you and for the world –
You know that you are conscious men.
Conscious of what you really are.
You are willing to stop the hectic stream of thinking
in favor of listening to your heart.
Your very precious, all-knowing heart.
And this takes you into consciousness.
Unlimited, pure consciousness.
When you are together with other men,
see yourselves as brothers of each other.
See yourself as the other, as a mirror.
Without separation.
As you share your essence.
This is so tremendously healing.
Most of the time your father was not really able to “see” you.
To be recognized by your father or a father figure is important to recognize yourself.
It establishes you into inner silence.
In this way the new man is born through you.
At ease. In touch with your feelings.
You embrace your dignity.
Able also to balance the masculine and the feminine within you.
The new man does not have the urge to dominate.
He loves his wholeness.
He is not afraid of silence and not afraid to observe his own shadow.
He is playful and loving by nature.
He is also powerful.
He adopts the archetype of the good king.
The good hero and even the enlightened warrior.
He protects Mother Nature.
He shapeshifts into his power animals—
wolf, bear, eagle, whale, lion.
And when he does, his voice is full of passion and can be heard far and wide.
Empower each other by sharing your gifts.
True friendship between men will teach you so much.
Appreciate everyone in your circle and you will be blessed.

Zie jezelf als de ander, als een spiegel.
Zonder afscheiding.
Terwijl je je essentie deelt.
Dit heeft zo een genezende waarde.
Meestal kon je vader je niet echt “zien”.
Gezien te worden door je vader of door een vaderfiguur
is belangrijk om te herkennen wat jij echt bent.
Het vestigt jou in innerlijke stilte.
Op deze manier wordt de nieuw man geboren.
Op je gemak. Verbonden met je gevoelens.
Jij omarmt je waardigheid.
Ook in staat om het evenwicht te vinden
tussen het mannelijke en vrouwelijke binnen jou.
De nieuw man heeft geen behoefte om te domineren.
Hij houdt van zijn hele zijn.
Hij is niet bang van de stilte en niet bang om zijn eigen schaduw te observeren.
Hij is van nature speels en liefdevol.
Ook is hij krachtig.
Hij neemt het archetype op van de goede koning.
De goede held en zelfs de verlichte krijger.
Hij beschermt Moeder Natuur.
Hij verandert van gedaante in zijn medicijndieren –
de wolf, de beer, de arend, walvis, leeuw.
En als hij dit doet, is zijn stem vol passie
en kan wijd en zijd gehoord worden.
Versterk elkaar door je gaven te delen.
Ware vriendschap tussen mannen zal jou zoveel leren.
Waardeer iedereen in je cirkel en je zal gezegend zijn.

After the intensity of the initiation the joy to take time for integration.
Enjoying sitting in your true nature.
Undisturbed.
At ease.
Confident in the light that always resides in you.
Nurture this light.
By being present.
By loving what you are and who you are.
You have received new wings now.
Love the earth and fly high in the sky!
When your mind is becoming still, reality reveals itself.
Also the reality of what you really are.
Do not doubt what you are and love your life in dignity.
Absolutely nothing is missing in you.
Most of all follow where your true happiness is taking you.
Then you will no longer look back.

Even now the silence is deepening and calling you back to your essence.
Somewhere deep inside you, the eternal OM is always singing.
Divine Mother is smiling on you and blessing the work of transformation you have accomplished.
One part of your journey is almost finished now
Another part starts today.
Keep your heart open.
Keep your heart soft
Keep your heart strong.
When you can, find some time to meditate by yourself.
It will serve you.
Not to get somewhere.
Just to be with your beautiful self.
Each of your chakras open, vibrant, alive.
Reentering the regular world is full of challenges.
Please remember you do not have to do this alone.
Stay connected through your heart with your friends and sometimes meet in person.
You will experience that even the world is full of benevolent synchronicities.
Pay attention to these.
Honor your feelings, honor your experiences.
Most of all honor the dignity of what you are.
And of course never forget to celebrate the amazing mystery of life itself.

May all the thoughts that limit you during this meditation vanish now.
So that you become innocent again, empty, full of wonder.
The water is patient when it is polishing the stones in the river.
Imagine you are sitting with your back against an ancient tree.
And the tree is teaching you how to be
Now.
And always remember this is without effort.
Let yourself go.
Surrender.
Surrender to the divine presence that is stalking you.
And then when it becomes a little bit more quiet inside be grateful for the gift of this moment.
So simple, so beautiful, now you are this ancient tree.
And you never want to be somewhere else.
You are good as you are.
You are grateful that your roots are going very deep into the earth.
The earth is feeding you.
You have everything you need.
EVERYTHING!
You are aware of every other tree in the forest.
You give and you receive.

En herinner je altijd dat dit zonder moeite is.
Laat jezelf gaan.
Geef jezelf over.
Geef je over aan de goddelijke aanwezigheid die jou aan het besluipen is.
En dan als het beetje stiller wordt vanbinnen, wees dankbaar voor het geschenk van dit moment.
Zo eenvoudig, zo mooi, nu ben jij deze oude boom en je wil nooit ergens anders zijn.
Zo is het goed.
Je bent dankbaar dat je wortels zeer diep in de aarde steken.
De aarde is jou aan het voeden.
Jij hebt alles wat je nodig hebt.
ALLES!
Jij bent je bewust van elke andere boom in het would.
Jij geeft en jij ontvangt.

What a great blessing that each one of you of you already has found a path.
To find a path which is taking you deeper and deeper into love and happiness is a point of no return.
And why would you?
The silence in this room is sweeter than wine.
Yesterday Sweet Mother manifested herself as one of the guides for this group.
Another great blessing.
You may not know her yet, but she has always known you.
Without ever getting tired she developed for humanity the integral yoga
which includes the transformation of the cells in the body.
What is frozen in the body is able to awaken and reach a higher frequency.
In the silence of your being together this process is being integrated,
The mantra of The Mother is Om Namo Bhagavate.
In the name of the divine light.
It goes without saying that Divine Mother loves, respects, accepts and nourishes all her children.
Om Namo Bhagavate, Om Namo Bhagavate, Om Namo Bhagavate.
The light that lives in you is indestructible.
Often when the world is in a dark place, a beautiful turning of the wheel of dharma is imminent.

die ook de transformatie van de cellen in het lichaam bewerkstelligt.
Wat bevroren is in het lichaam kan ontwaken en een hogere trilling bereiken.
In de stilte van jullie samenzijn wordt dirt proces geïntegreerd.
De mantra van De Moeder is Om Namo Bhagavate.
In de naam van het goddelijke licht.
Het spreekt vanzelf dat Goddelijke Moeder al haar kinderen liefheeft, aanvaardt, respecteert en voeding geeft.
Om Namo Bhagavate, Om Namo Bhagavate, Om Namo Bhagavate.
Het licht dat in jou leeft, is onverwoestbaar.
Heel vaak als de wereld zich bevindt in een duistere periode,
is er een ommedraai van het wiel van de dharma die klaarstaat.

Meditating is allowing.
Being without a goal.
It is the art of being.
Just being.
And loving yourself enough to take time for this.
Here inner peace is always waiting for you.
Of course you could always invite divine mother to sit with you and see if this inspires your meditation.
She is telling you: Come home.
Come home to who you are.
Come home to that which has never left you.
The light you are, the love you are, has no beginning and no end.
You have come to earth to remember that this is so.
Do not be afraid of your light.
Let it shine.
Every experience in your life contributes to your awakening.
In each session here the door is being opened for you.
When you are entering through the door, many are coming in with you.
Relax into the deep knowing that you are home already now.

Het is de kunst van het zijn.

Jij bent naar de aarde gekomen om jezelf eraan te herinneren dat dit zo is.
Wees niet bang van je licht.
Laat het schijnen.
Elke ervaring in je leven draagt bij tot jouw ontwaken.
In elke sessie hier wordt de deur voor jou opengedaan.
Als jij door de deur stapt, komen er velen met jou binnen.

Gently, very gently allow the sacred silence to come to you and nourish you.
What a mystery this silence is.
Your senses are open, you heart is open and you are so present in this room, on this earth and in the cosmos.
What you really, really are, has no name.
You are beyond time and space.
What a blessing to receive even a tiny glimpse of this.
These tiny glimpses will become the foundation of your shamanic work.
Remember no effort is involved.
Just deeply relaxing and being open.
On occasion you will discover that the elves are helping you, or the medicine animals, or your ancestors, or benevolent spirits, the ascended masters.
You may not know who or what they are.
Be grateful though for their presence.
Especially be grateful for what you truly are.
It is so full of wonder.
The essence of what you are, is pure love.
Love knows how to heal.
Dear friends, enjoy your journey and allow the support that is available here for you.

Herinner je dat er geen inspanning voor nodig is.

Soms zal jij ervaren dat de elfjes jou aan het helpen zijn, of de medicijndieren, of welwillende geesten, de verrezen meesters, de voorouders.
Soms weet je niet wie of wat ze zijn.
Nochtans wees dankbaar voor hun aanwezigheid.
Wees vooral dankbaar voor wat jij echt bent.
Het is waarlijk wonderbaarlijk.
De essentie van wat jij bent, is zuivere liefde.
Liefde weet hoe te genezen.

Tantra is space – to be.

Tantra is a cosmic frog singing ecstatically.
Listen to the sounds and become one with them.
Disappear.
Your form dissipates in a cosmic orgasm.
The trance of the shaman.
Lying naked and relaxed in the arms of the One, who is your lover.
You are drunk and you are very awake.
All your senses are3 open.
As a newborn babe.
Without any worries.
Already now you are completely satisfied.
Totally free.
Naked beingness.
All poisons are taken away from you.
You are becoming a blank slate.
Even the birds are happy for you.
You are being blessed.

Be grateful that you have been born under a lucky star.
You have found a path of liberation.
Liberation from all illusions.
Even the illusion of enlightenment.
You are the light right now!
Your liberation does not look like the one of your teacher or any teacher for that matter.
Your liberation is directed by your insights, your qualities, your creativity.
Each session contributes to your awakening.
Heaven’s door is wide open.
Take your brothers and your sisters with you.
Masculine, feminine, binary or whatever, there is a level where none of this matters.
You are undivided consciousness.
What does matter is that you love and accept yourself.
Not just your essence, also your unique personality.
Your unique form, expression, manifestation, beauty.
The times are truly changing now.
Hold space for each other, in your heart.
The younger generations are here for a reason.
They are teaching you and also need your guidance, your wisdom.
When there is a war and many men have been killed, more men are born.
When nature is in jeopardy, more shamans are born.
You are one of them.

Mannelijk, vrouwelijk, binair, of wat dan ook, er bestaat een niveau waar dit geen betekenis heeft.
Jij bent onverdeeld bewustzijn.
Wat wel belangrijk is, is dat je houdt van jezelf en jezelf aanvaardt.
Niet enkel je essentie, ook jouw unieke persoonlijkheid.
Jouw unieke vorm, uitdrukking, manifestatie, schoonheid.
De tijden zijn echt aan het veranderen nu.
Maak ruimte voor elkaar, in je hart.
De nieuwe, jonge generaties zijn hier voor een reden.
Zij onderwijzen jou en hebben ook nood aan jouw gidsing, aan jouw wijsheid.
Asl er een oorlog is waarin vele mannen gesneuveld zijn, worden er meer mannen geboren.
Als de natuur in gevaar is, worden er meer sjamanen geboren.
Jij bent er een van.
