Frank has had a meditation practice for over 30 years and has often invited people to sit with him. On occasion he would open himself up to receive verbal guidance and speak it into the silence of the meditation. Shortly after the events of 9/11 he decided to record these and send them out over email in an attempt to share messages of light in a world that suddenly seemed to be even darker than before.

In these times, when it looks and feels as if humanity is passing through “a dark night of the species” it may be very relevant to gather around the theme of evolutionary consciousness.
Kathy and I have been teaching regularly in Europe around the integral yoga of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother, the Cosmic Christ concept of Pierre Teilhard de Chardin and the supramental darshans of Mother Meera. In our sessions here in Portland we would like to bring you a synthesis of these teachings and also to explore together energetically the possibility of evolving into a responsible awareness of the ecological needs of the planet.
